At Elements, we love our furry friends! We are now welcoming cats and dogs to our pet friendly apartment in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Our nature trails are perfect for walking your dog and we will have a dog wash station on premise.

Pet Rental Pricing

One-time, non-refundable, pet fee of $500 per pet.
$55/per month servicing fee for each pet.

Pet Policy Guidelines

Size and breed restrictions. All pets are subject to management approval. Management reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement. Please contact us for our complete pet policy.
